I caused more complexity then I intended. It has been a real learning experience. I appreciate the efforts of others to get this document out. There is more information in the file that I did not pick out (total 26 pages of text) for this transmission. Next time I will first convert to ascii and then send uuencode or if zip would be better get back to me and that will hopefully work and be a better standard.
