Subject: E-publishing BHS Papers
George,
Reading your response to Bill Blohm regarding putting the text of "Form &
Function..." on the imagelan archive, I wonder if you would be interested in
putting it on my WWW page. Not everyone has web access presently, but this is
slowly changing. I would be able to include the pictures and equations on the
page and preserve some of the typesetting.
All that would be required is an electronic version of the text and I could
scan in the photos. This would be alot of fun.
On another subject. Several years back the local paper printed an article
about a local Univ. Connecticut professor who was studying traditional
kayaks. I clipped the article and put it safely in my copy of Zimmerly. I can
no longer find the article. Looking in the BHS register I found Dr. William
Laughlin. Might this be the same man? If so, do you happen to have an e-mail
address for him?
