I don't understand the assertion that mold will not be a problem with
bags of peanuts. Lots of surface area there, and it won't be all that
well ventilated, so it seems a perfect substrate for smelly growie
things. The material itself need not be food for mold, but that won't
prevent them from growing, I shouldn't think.
