Subject: Re: Frame question: aluminum vs. wood

One thing I learned after building the aluminum frame kayak is - the
wood floors and such are more of a nusiance and since I have removed
them I can say that the kayak is much much better to paddle. It puts me
lower in the boat and improves the centre of gravity.

I am now completing the final work around being comfortable and
effectively sitting in the kayak. when I complete the work I will share
what I did. It is coming along very well relative to previous
conversations shared on the net.
