I just got copies from John Winters. He is the only source I know of. In
fact, I am pretty sure of this, because after trying to get them from George
Dyson, he suggested writing the author (John Brand), which I did, who wrote
that he was allowing John Winters to sell the originals of Little Kayak Book
I, plus xeroxes of LKBs II and III. I've never seen them in any library.

The books are basically surveys of museum kayaks with lots of interesting
historical bits, info on kayak surveying, suggestions on building replicas,
etc. Included are tables of survey dimension and offsets so you can build
your own boat.

I think it is most useful to buy them as a set, because each book has a mix
of different kinds of kayaks. In all, there are lots of East Greenland
boats, some West Greenland, Aleutian, Caribou, etc., etc. Don't have his
email around, but he frequently posts to this mailing list.
