Subject: New England Skin Boat Tribal Gathering

Dear Skin Boat enthusiasts,

Just a bit more info prior to the official announcement to follow. The
date for this years gathering is June 20, 21 and 22. The location, just
firmed up, will be Swan Island Preserve on Swan Island in the Kennebec River
near Richmond, Maine. There is camping and there are also lean- to's
available if you don't mind sleeping with a group. This is a beautiful
location with a long history and lots of wildlife. The preserve is available by reservation
only, and I have tenatively reserved 4 lean-to's and space for 25 people,
but if you are sure you would like to come I would like to hear from you as
soon as possible. Access to the Island is by boat and there is a Dept. of
Inland Fisheries boat to bring over those unwilling or carrying too much
gear to make the 20 min paddle from the Richmond town landing.

Further details will follow but I hope this helps in making plans. Please
ask any questions direct to me.

Rgds,
Ron
