Unlikely, as this problem only appears to have been seen by people using
netscape to read email. If anyone knows what message it was choking on I
would be interested in seeing it - with complete headers.

It's tough to send corrupt email. It's more likely someone elses email
package is sending something - character sequence, header field, MIME
contents, that your email package can't handle. Tech support should
have looked at your mailbox to see what email your package was choking
on and deleted that specific item. Deleting the entire mailbox is the lazy
way, and it doesn't identify the problem.
