Not a valid statement. I use Netscape to read e-mail, and
I've not been choking on any baidarka list messages. Perhaps
you chould have clarified this as Netscape earlier/later than
version X.XX, platform Yyyyy? I'm running version 3.0, HP-UX.

I think I'd agree that someone's using either an "objectionable"
mail sender or has their settings off somewhere. For example, my
newsreader (tin, not Netscape) chokes on Mime compliant messages
but Netscape, when I play with the newsgroups with it, has no such
problem.

Also agree your tech support was too...lazy. As Kirk says, they
should have determined which message and why. Otherwise, the
problem could well return and they'll still have no clue.
