I cant take any more orders for the kayak films at this time, unless
somebody else drops out. If you've already contacted me (I'm waiting for a
couple people to get back to me-Philip, Rickard and Sarah) I'm considering
you in on the deal but I need you to verify it and specify which films. If I
dont hear from the 3 of you in the next few days I'll have to consider you
"not in". The price will be roughly in the $10 range for those wanting only
the kayak films.
I still need 3 or 4 people for the Caribou films though. Several people,
myself included want the total expenditure to come down to $20 for all 4
films, and I need 3-4 more Caribou people to reach that goal. But if I dont
get those people, I'll still go ahead with the kayak films, as soon as I
hear back from everyone, or in several days, whichever comes first.
I'll post the summary then.
I am considering the fairest and quickest way to circulate the films. No
matter how I do it, someone has to end up last and hopefully nobody will
take offense. I am thinking that it would be quickest overall to circulate
them by geographical region. It doesnt make sense to have the first person
be on the west coast, the second on the east coast, then back to the west.
That would waste a lot of time in the mail. So i'll probably order the list
so everyone in the midwest goes first(cuz thats where I am), then off to
another region,etc,etc. If anybody has a better idea, let me know. The
better idea has to be quicker for everyone though. If you like the idea,
dont respond.
If I do get the Caribou films, I am considering sending them in reverse
order. This may result in slightly higher postage costs for those people
getting both sets, but then everyone (unless you are at the bottom of the
kayak film only list) will have something quicker too. Again, if you like
the idea, dont respond but if you hate it let me know.
Either way I'll post the summary in a few days.
