I've heard of that technique before, except it was taping on a popsicle stick.
Anyway, I'll take your advice: I'm stripping a paddle over Thanksgiving, and
I'll leave a projection on the front of my oval shaft for just that purpose.
I plan to take pictures of the process..If my paddle works out, does anyone
want to see the process posted on the net? If even one person is interested,
I'll take the time to scan the pics and put them on my homepage.
