The suggestion seems to be that powered tests give erratic data. Is
thisbecause the test equipment is not reliable, or is it that
the data are erratice because real live conditions are erratic, like
wind, current waves, temperature cannot be accurately reproduced?
The objection that powered tests do not accurately simulate pulsed
power that a real paddler supplies would also apply to tank tests, or
do they pulse the current?
