CMC does still list the book, and unlike many of the other books in the
Mercury series, it does not say out-of-print after it and does have a price
listed. see # 123
at:http://www.cmcc.muse.digital.ca/membrs/biblio/bibgrph/mpub10e.html#page
Other Arima books such as #25 on the list say they are out of
print and do not list a price
The page was updated december 30 so I suspect they still have a few copies
floating around. I think the Cyberboutique search engine is faulty, as I
did a few searches for other publications that should be available and came
up empty. All of the publications on the list are probably printed in very
limited quantities by the museum and will be very difficult if not
impossible to find at a bookstore. Maybe a University library with a good
ethnology selection.
I'd give CMC a call and see if they have it. I bought my copy less than two
years ago and outside this list I cant imagine their is a huge demand for
ethno-kayak stuff.
