Well Chris,

I am building an 18ft. 4inch- Dyson single sea crusier in my Apartment
and I live 11 stories above the ground. Having allocated space along my
north wall which extends into my dinning room (which I converted to a
study)
I enjoy all the required space for building. Things have progressed in
bursts and
then delays but I continue to work away. Not all apartments offer the
convenience
that mine does for building because I have a NW corner and can just slide
the
baidarka out the sliding doors and easily and safely lower it to the
ground. No big
deal. Suspending it from the concrete ceiling is easy and a flowering
'Lip Stick'
plant will flourish growing from the cockpit to add colour and lend a
certain
ambiance to the room. Talk about a converstation piece. %^) So if you
personal
circumstances allow for building and storage GO FOR IT! If you have any
questions
that sound eager to try it just email me Chris, I would be glad to share
my successes
and delays with you. My friend Gary Rose has one in his rumpus room. Cool.

Cheers,

Philip Wylie
