I have used a basic formula from Mark Rogers, Superior Kayaks. Dilution to your
finesse. Oil base paint, linseed oil to thin, chalk as filler (powder from
hardware store that is used in chalk line), multiple THIN coats and sand in
between. Color any in the rainbow
