To make sure you get someone who already knows the official answer, call
their public infoline at (800) 368-5647. I've spoken with Reyes Campbell
twice now, and the legal compliance folks are starting to call me. My
comment that GA refused to issue one got them riled up.
If you call, ask for the Consumer Information Packet while you're at it.
