cost was about $800 canadian and took about 6 saturdays with some "in front of the TV
weekday work. A lot depends on (1) how much pre made aluminum components are used (2)
how much stop and starting goes on (3) what tools you have for (a) bending the tubing
(b) sewing the skin (4) what access to materials you have ie (a) tying string (b)
wrapping skin (c) coating material ie Hypalon (d) aluminum (5) access to work area -
Ask Phil Wylie about work area - his is the ultimate in making due with what you have.
