The "Fins" idea may get you some unwanted attention. I have a friend
that is a rocket enthusiast. He and his father built a rather large
rocket out of the large cardboard tubes they ship hang gliders in. While
transporting it down the freeway on top of their old station wagon they
were stopped by the highway patrol and thoroughly questioned. Be careful
or you may have to explain your baidarka Bomb.
