I finished my first skin boat last month......I used 12-ounce nylon from
Dyson, and coated it with thinned hypalon. As I was doing this, equipped
with a vapor-proof respirator and neoprene gloves, I thought there must be
an easier(safer) way to do this! Does anyone know of a source for nylon or
dacron material that already has the hypalon applied to it? And if anyone
has used this material, can you share your experiences? I'd like to try
this for my second boat(already under construction). Thanks in advance!
