PVC frames are used by a kayak called the Seabright Skimmer. It is a pseudo
skin boat. They have a web sit and advertise in Sea Kayaker. My memory is
the frame is illustrated in the web site. I think it is one PVC tube inside
another. The site might be worth a look. They are located in NJ.
