The site for downloading Rhino CAD software is

www.Rhino3d.com

The download is fully functional, but dies after 50 uses. If you're a
quick learner and are willing to put in long hours, or leave your
computer on for a month or if you have access to an unlimited number
of CPUs, you might get a boat or two out of it without actually having
to buy a seat.

It seems to be pretty easy to use and will do mass properties
calculations (volume, surface area, etc.), but you'll have to figure
out stuff like prismatic coefficient some other way. Waterlines,
buttocks and transverse sections can be taken off by building a solid
then slicing it with planes.

Good luck.
