I was afraid "Skinboats of Greenland" was finally going to rear its ugly
head. Any idea how to obtain a copy of "S of G" or "Instruction in Kayak
Building" without actually flying to Greenland and picking up a copy in
person? For that matter, does the Viking Ship Museum still sell them?
Interesting about the use X-raying. I wonder how American institutions would
react to the idea of dragging valuable relics over to the local hospital for
a CAT scan.
