That's right man, 'cause I couldn't get in touch with a source for the real stuff
- hypalon coated polyester fabric (Feathercraft, Klepper) and it's much cheaper if
you miss to get a fit :-)
Never tried the method you describe although I thought about it. Imagine problems
with a skin-sticking-to-the-frame-feature.
Next thing is, that neoprene and hypalone-coatings are not easy to buy here.
Please keep us informed (get the stuff out of the fire :-) ) if you succeed.
