Just thought I'd mention that Corey Freedman of Spirit Line Kayaks also uses
powdered acrylics in his two-part urethane and may either sell them to you
or direct you to a good source, probably near Seattle. He has experimented
will a wide variety of tinting agents, some which foamed (!), some which
radically changed color upon mixing. The stuff he uses now doesn't seem to
cause any major reactions with the urethane and the effects are very
impressive - especially the dark greens. One boat I saw (and paddled) was
the color of kelp.
