Ralph,

Though I do not think there is anything chemically related to the pigment
Prussian blue and people from the region once know as Prussia, I would
think that being vigorous with any people who do not mix well is always a
solution, even if a rather poor one, if alternatives are not available.

would be chagrined, but it appears that history does repeat itself. :`-})
