Lotsa opportunities to cut yourself when carving the bow and stem pieces -
pretty standard wood-carving stuf, I suspect. The usual thing about using
properly sharpened tools and so on.

I've also given myself some nasty nicks pulling polyester string lashings
tight! Also stabbed myself a few times when sewing the skin, and got
blisters on my forefinger and thumb from pulling the needle through.

Can't think of anything more serious, though.
