A beautiful craft indeed. I am new to this mailing list and are astonished at
the amount of work that the dedicated are doing to revive these craft. I have
one question: I have visited many internet sites on the subject and can find
little specific details on important dimensions of frame components such as
gunwhale cross section size, keelson, ribs and stringers etc. I know these
craft were not built with rulers, but I am just looking for ball park figures
so my kayak will be light enough to carry 800 metres to the sea, and strong
enough not to sink when I get there...
