I have not heard from Tony Ford in quite some time so do not know how the
single volume is coming along. In the meantime I am publishing the original
volumes in photocopy format. I will have pricing etc. up on my web site
within the week as the first run has been promised for Wednesday. Due to
the small demand I will run only twenty sets at a time.
