I built the providence river boat you speak of and I have indeed thought
about building a skin sharpie. The thing that poses a bit of a problem is
that wrapping a skin around such a drastic hard chine design would require a
fair bit of below the waterline seams, something I do my best to avoid. The
other problem is finding time and money to spend on the damn thing.
