Thanks Harvey and Greg,
I'm in the head-scratching stage of my next boat, which I think is going to
be an East Greenland type. There are several surveyed examples, and since
I'm not so beamy myself, I can probably fit into most of them, at least
width-wise. I quess the most sensible approach is to pick one that has good
lines and an appropriate displacement at what appears to be a reasonable
waterline and not worry too much about beam.
Your comments on this were very helpful; thanks again.
Almost forgot. The DB replica will certainly be at the Delmarva if I haven't
modified it beyond repair by that time.
