Somehow, I doubt that there are legions of hackers monitoring e-commerce transactions in Greenland. Phone and manual in-person transactions are far riskier than buying over the web, but most people never think twice about them.

Apparently, there is no US source other than buying a used copy, if you can find one. I ordered this book and "Skinboats of Greenland" (before it sold out) from Atuagkat with no problems. The website ordering system didn't work, so I did the transaction via email. They assured me that they removed all traces of my credit card number from their system after it was processed. I know of others who have ordered from them via phone. There are English speaking folks at Atuagkat.
Although their service is excellent, the shipping cost is a high. "Skinboats" is big and relatively heavy, and it cost me $40 to get the two books to New Hampshire (total cost $100). They took ~10 days to arrive. If you order only "Instructions", the shipping should be much cheaper, but it will still probably be more than the $15 cost of the book.
