Mark's welcome effort to revive the LKB's reminded me that as long ago March
'98, there were notes posted on the list by Vernon and Wolfgang about a
pending major work edited by John Heath, to be called 'Northern Kayaks'.
That book, as well as another 'Contributions' volume by Eugene Arima, were
said to be in literature limbo waiting on a willing publisher. Does anyone
know the status of these could-be books?
