For your consideration here is a product that offers promise. My own
experience was a set back due to fooling around with alcohol and
trying to do a cure during cold weather. Baring my poor set up experience
the stuff is damn tough and if you can envision toughness and suppleness of
Walrus Hide as George Dyson spoke of this might just be the panacea.
Used for deck coatings at ski lodges, cattle ramps, marine decks, weight
lifting
rooms etc. Price for this product is fair. You will want to look at the job
history of
this product as it is significant. It is a water catalyzed product which
require the usual
thinners and cleaners we are all familiar with. Another nice feature
includes the ability
to mix ground up tennis ball powder for the upper deck coat of your baidarka
which would
augment handling and re entry senerios.
