I started with 1/2" floorboards, the side floorboard was on the ribs but
at an
angle (the Dyson Shields has a bit of a V bottom), the floorboards were
brutally uncomfortable.
Not from just being firm but with the side boards at an angle it was like
sitting in the crook of a tree. Not bad for a few minutes but brutally
uncomfortable a few minutes out.

Believing I'm perfectly normal ;-)
