I'm on my third try now. Had to cut another. ;-) I came oh so close on
the second try, but got greedy and rushed the last few inches. Crack.
Dohh! I found that if I fill my kitchen sink with hot water, pull the
blank out and get it quickely bent enough so I can rotate the form and
bend it the rest of the way in the sink, it works good. So good (he says
NOW) that I only cut one more blank to get it right tonight. It actually
bent nicely except for the crack at the end; its also semi-green, being
out of a rough-sawn board cut from the tree last spring
