I'm gonna go pick up a couple of yards of ripstop nylon. My original jacket
was foolish also in the fact that I live in Southern California. A 13 oz.
black canvas jacket will burst into flame here 8 months out of the year.
Last week it was in the 90's-100's. Something thin will do fine, I can
always insulate underneath it in the Winter.
