Hi All-
Since I am getting the Baidarka list as a digest, I am
a little late in seeing posts.
About thigh braces: Carved some when I did the rebuild
of my baidarka, built from Wolfgangs fine book.

Baidarka album, thigh brace picture. I carved these
out of some cedar I had left over from a paddle. They
made a lot difference in the comfort level when I roll
the boat.
