I do not know if this helps, or if they can sell you the volume of fabric
you need at any kind of reasonable rates. but check this out.
http://www.theboatpeople.com/atr_repair.html#fabric
they apear to list the fabric you are looking for though it is listed as
repair material, so I question the size of what you'd get.
When I was toying w/ a similar idea I found it hard to locate. The best I
source I could find was inflatable repair folks. Most reasonably sized
seaport towns with any kind of commercial fishing industry usualy have an
outfit that does repair work on Zodiaks and life rafts and that would be
your best source. I also found though that Zodiak is no longer using
Hypalon and have gone to a heavy grade urethane coated fabric. Mostly I
found it cost prohibitive for the kind of one-of work most of us on the
list do.
