Okay, I'm familiar with canvas, polyester (dyson), nylon(dyson), and awning
fabric(moroske). Anyone seen any fabrics that might be interesting to try
as yet another viable option?

I've recently added a folder (1930 klepper vagabund) to my fleet and it's
in need of a skin.

The klepper has one feature I haven't seen before. There are stiffening
rods running diagonally from the cockpit to the keel (attaching near the
bow and stern respectively).

I also got a copy of H.C. Petersen's Faszination Kayak, a book I hadn't
been aware of. It's in German with several pull out greenland kayak hull
diagrams.
