thanks for that good info. We have the "marsh willow" around here, but I've
always thought that it was weeping willow. I'll go have a look at it.
I have studied MA573-76, but that 17 degree stability angle has got me
squeamish; I've not used a kayak before, except for a brief foray in a large triple
with a sailing rig over 15 years ago. How tippy does yours feel? Does the
cockpit fit you and how large are you?
