PDF is designed to allow you to retain exact layout, i.e. good fro
printing but awkward to use onscreen. Whilev distribution by web may
be slow for some PDF files, CD is ideal and less expensive than paper
bot to produce and to mail, but it still needs to be printed out to
use it easily.
HTML is better fro onlinedisplay but worse for creating print.
