Isn't there quite a bit of space between jugs and the hull that water will
fit into? My point is that properly fitted float bags will probably do a
better job at displacing water. water can always be stored in bladders that
are nice and low (almost like ballast) and are kept nice and low by the
float bags that are inflated on top of them.
