Thank you much! I just ordered it. [and smacked myself for not
thinking of them earlier.]
I may end up with a couple more copies because I also ordered one from
both Alder Creek & Crosscuts Hardwood [thanks Harvey]. Neither has
charged my card yet, so I suspect they couldn't find it either. But
just in case they do, if someone else is looking drop me a line in a
couple weeks & I *might* have a spare copy that I'll pass on for my
cost +shipping.
