I have found the easiest way is with a silly hobby tool I never took
seriously before. a Dremel tool and the metal toothed cut off wheel and
Vaseline as lube. its easier/cheaper than using a router, a jigsaw doesn't
work because its blade travels too far (even with a shortened blade). I just
go slow and do it freehand and it comes out surprisingly well.
