Subject: [baidarka] Question about Vinyl skin

Hi, I'd appreciate any feedback about using vinyl for a hull skin on a
folding kayak.
I just picked up a waterbed matress for $5 with the idea I could cut it and
glue it up for
dry bags or maybe make some sponsoons from it.
But after looking at the material, it seems to be pretty durable stuff and I
got to
thinking maybe I could skin the kayak with it.
Does anybody have any experiance or info they could pass my way?
