Marian,
To fully answer the question, it would help to know the estimated relative
costs. The primary reason I would buy the book is to get the technical
information, therefore it would have to be in English since I do not speak
German. If, for a few dollars more, I could have it in English AND the
language of my forefathers, that would be a nice enhancement.
