Even properly built boats can sag if left in the same position for long
enough - you only have to look at surviving museum specimens to find plenty.
Two points I think:
1. The gun'ls are the strongest components, so the bulk of the weight
should be taken by them - which probably means storing the boats upside
down.
2. The spacing of the webbing straps should be such that the weight of
kayak between the straps is the same as the weight of kayak outside of the
straps.
Apart from that, look in on them occasionally and shift them around a little
so that they're not permanently resting on the same spot.
