Pardon the "non-skin" topic, but you guys are my expert resource on
everything...
I just heard from a friend of mine about some product called "Core Cell".
Apparently it's a water-proof, rot-proof laminate of some kind that you
can use in place of plywood. His gripe was that it could only be purchased
in huge quantities.

Anybody know what this stuff is and if some distributor sells small
quantities? Seems like you could make a heckuva stitch-and-glue kayak if
the stuff were light enough and easy to cut.
