the Book: "The Last of the Cockleshel Heroes" by William Sparks. a fantastic
read.
One of the leaders of the endeavour was Blondie Hastler. The man who along
w/ Sir Fracis Chichester and a bet over a pint started the first SORC
transat sailing race back in the early 60s (??)
