There are a few minor details. The water off Maine is quite cold even
mid-summer. I measured 50 DegF and 54DegF in Jonesport and Stonington
Maine, respectively, in the later part of July last year. The air
temperature ranged from 50 with rain and fog to 80 and sunny.

The rain falling out of a thunderstorm is very cold, as low a 40 DegF.
Not nice if you aren't prepared.
