Will, I am away from my library now, but there is a wonderful book
about Tales of King Island. Full of the legends and magic of that
place. I would so love to see it. Just last week I bought another book
about the North Star, the old freighter that once served the islands.
Also, the artist Rie Munoz from Juneau captured much of the charm of
the place in her work. All this is worth the journey.
We also have my daughter who lives in Juneau, along with two of my
boats. She might be a factor in this journey as well.
